What payment methods do you accept?
Most payments are usually done by a bank wire transfer (T/T)

For container orders we accept a 50% deposit up front with the balance due when we send you the copies of the export documents.

For small orders we require 100% full payment up front.


Is the price net / inclusive of everything?

Our prices exclude shipping charges


What is the shipment procedure?

We use a cargo agent for container shipment and we also use FedEx, DHL or UPS to ship smaller orders.

For samples we also use EMS Post for the post office to ship them
